Helperman accompanied education students from the Mayor University during their visit to the Las Camelias home in Champa, run by Coanil (Corporation to help children with limitations).
A pedido de las “tías” del colegio Amapolas, Helperman llegó hoy hasta el centro educacional para apoyar las actividades recreativas de la semana del colegio.
El colegio Amapolas, ubicado en la comuna de Ñuñoa, es un establecimiento de educación diferencial que cuenta con cerca de 140 alumnos con trastornos motores y de comunicación.
En la semana del colegio, Helperman ayudó a la “alianza amarilla” a ganar puntos. Compartió con los niños y los docentes, y ayudó a hacer aún más grata esta fiesta.
Helperman visits Amapolas school
At the request of the teachers, Helperman paid a visit to Amapolas school today to lend his support to the recreational activities during founders’ week.
Amapolas school, located in the Ñuñoa neighborhood, is a special education facility serving approximately 140 students with physical and communicational problems.
Helperman helped the yellow team to win points in the weeks’ competitions. He spent time with the children as well as the staff and helped to make the celebrations even better.
Helperman y Caramelos Solidarios inician campaña de recolección de dulces
En una visita al colegio Altamira, Helperman y Caramelos Solidarios dieron hoy inicio a la campaña que busca recolectar dulces y ropa para ir en beneficio de los niños del hogar El Arca.
La institución beneficiada está ubicada en la comuna de Macul y acoge a niños en riesgo social. El objetivo es poder reunir la mayor cantidad de caramelos y ropa posible para ellos.
La fecha de recepción de las donaciones es hasta el 30 de octubre en el colegio Altamira, mientras que en las oficinas de Needish se estarán recibiendo hasta el 6 de noviembre.
A modo de cierre de campaña, el viernes 7 de noviembre se realizará un partido de fútbol solidario en el que participarán niños de ambas instituciones, y donde además se hará una entrega simbólica de dulces. El árbitro del encuentro será Helperman.
Helperman and Caramelos Solidarios begin campaign to collect candy
During a trip to the Altamira school today, Helperman and Caramelos Solidarios began the campaign that will collect candy and clothing to benefit the children of the El Arca home.
This institution is located in the Macul neighborhood and provides a home to at risk children. The objective is to collect as much clothing and candy as possible for these children.
Altamira school will accept donations until October 30, and Needish will be accepting donations until November 6.
To close the campaign, children from both Altamira and El Arca will participate in a soccer game and symbolic exchange of candy on Friday, November 7. Helperman will referee the game.
Helperman began his Sunday morning at the Puente Arzobispo bridge in Santiago, where he met up with fellow Santiaguinos to participate in the run to support and raise money for breast cancer patients.

Our superhero showed up at the Design school of Duoc UC’s Plaza Vespucio campus this past Wednesday to help the first year Graphic Design students with an assignment. His mission: be the class’ model. He spent about 40 minutes posing for 30 or so students who gratefully sketched his portrait.
